Depending on product stock levels, the following delivery times apply:

Standard Post:

• VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: approximately 5-10 business days.
• WA, NT & Far North Queensland: approximately 7-14 business days.

Priority Post: 

• VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: approximately 3-5 business days.
• WA, NT & Far North Queensland: approximately 5-7 business days.
• Due to weight and size restrictions, not all products are available for Priority Post

Please note that delays may occur if an order fails to meet standard ID verification checks.

All orders placed online are sent using available courier services, upon payment for your goods you will be emailed a tracking number

You might prefer for the parcel is left at your delivery address in your absence. This is called “Authority to Leave”.

It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Dispatch times may be delayed by up to 2 days during periods with high order volumes, such as Christmas, Click Frenzy, and Black Friday. Please refer to your dispatch email for the most accurate delivery estimate.
